I had another lovely birthday dinner this year. It was at NOCA, definately a favorite. These aren't the most flattering photos of folks, but it's what I've got.The food at NOCA is really amazing. And the whole, ambiance, service and pacing, makes for a great evening.

They make their own cotton candy and bring it after your entree. It is not like any kind you've ever had before. It had a french vanilla flavor and I loved it!
