Prescott Christmas Parade

The first Saturday in December is the Christmas Parade in Prescott. I had not been able to go in a while, but Penny and I made it this year. It is one of my favorite parades. You can set your chair up a couple of hours before the parade and then just walk away. It will still be there when you come back!
It is full of small town fun.
Things patriotic.

Fake Bulldogs.

Classic Cars

Dogs in holiday attire.

Camels on casters!!!

High school bands that dance.

Elderly women in holiday attire.

More elderly women in holiday attire. Wait, no! That is Penny with her new holiday necklace on. :)

I'm pretty sure this was Rudolph

These ladies were advertising Tiara Tuesdays that they have at a local resturant. Sounds like fun to me!

We went to the Gingergbread Village display at a local hotel. Lot's of fun things to see.

More Gingerbread

And of course what parade would be complete without a pint sized majorette with her tongue sticking out!

Or a pint sized tamborine player.

Love the camel.
Looks like a fun day -- was it cold??

It was perfect weather. Really a perfect day.
And the camel was simply hilarious. Penny and I couldn't stop laughing. That is why the photo is of the back side!
