Scottsdale Canal Convergence 2016

I have always missed this event. I am glad I was able to make it this year. It is an event that brings in lighted, many interactive, public art exhibits to the Scottsdale Waterfront Area. There was also live music and a beautiful evening.

These "flowers" are lit fishing poles! They are done by Bruce Munro. The same guy who has the lighted sculptures at the Botanical Gardens.

These orbs would light and hum as you touched them.

These would light on and off in patterns.

The end of the bridge designed by Paolo Soleri, with a giant Arcosanto wind chime

This light origami structure changed colors all the time. And you could go inside.

The inside was lined with mirrors.
