Badger Springs

Last Spring, my niece hiked to Badger Springs. We have been trying to get there together since. Today was the day. We had perfect weather, and when we got to the Agua Fria River, there was lots of water.

 We saw this bird nest on the way.

The city dogs lead the way.

 My favorite part, was the way cool petroglyphs.

 The water was lovely.

 Cisco, our new adoptee, got his first wilderness outing. It will be fun to go back when there are green leaves out on the trees,
